3. 100% full payment must be made within 3 working days after confirmation order. Otherwise, the orders will be canceled.

4. Buyers have to bear ALL postage fee.

5. Goods sold are not returnable and not exchangeable.

6. Please check your parcel within 3 days after u have received it. No refund for torn/defected lens, only can do replacement. **Unsealed Vial is not acceptable for replacement!

7. No refund for out of stock contact lens, we will only do restock in following batch.

8. Any eye problems contracted after wearing lenses bought DOES NOT hold us responsible.

9. Customers should stop wearing the lens if you develop any side effects. We will NOT hold responsible to any conditions.

10. We are not responsible for any lost and damage in the process of delivery.

11. Please inform us after payment done.

12. Pre-order may takes about 2-3 weeks to arrive after our closing date. Upon purchasing, you are agreeing to the required period of waiting.

13. We reserve the rights to extend our pre-order date if we didn't meet the said Minimum Order Quantity of our supplier.
